Bartender, Server

Our client is a new Bistro restaurant & Wine Bar Location: By Sickla Canal (10 minutes from Gullmarsplan), Stockholm We are looking for: Bartender or Server*You will work in only one of these positions. Your responsibilities: Bartender: - Prepare garnishes (citrus, berries, herbs), prepare drinks for service staff. - Take orders at the bar/app, handle cash and payments. - Mix drinks and cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences, serve appetizers and light dishes. - Serve beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee, etc., recommend beverages based on taste. Server: - Set tables and keep glasses/cutlery clean, oversee your station. - Greet guests and seat them, present menu and recommend food/beverages. - Take orders in the cash system, serve food and drinks. - Handle allergies and communicate with the kitchen. Requirements: - You speak and understand Swedish at a good professional level (intermediate level). - You speak and understand English at a basic level (beginner level). - You are flexible with working hours and can work between 2:00 PM/3:00 PM - 8:00 PM/9:00 PM, including weekends. - You have at least 6 months of experience as a bartender (if applying for bartender position) / server (if applying for server position). Meritorious: - If you are registered with Arbetsförmedlingen and have the right to an Introduction Job or New Start Job, that is a plus. Your profile: - You have a very positive attitude. - You are stress-resilient. - You have a service-oriented approach. The employer offers: - 6 months of 50% part-time probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment. - After some time, it may be possible to have more working hours. - The position is covered by a collective agreement. - Work clothes and shift allowance are included. Important: This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants have a residence permit in Sweden but lack Swedish citizenship or EU/EES citizenship.
