Bartender wanted for Restaurant Den Gröne Jägaren in the heart of Södermalm.
We are now seeking engaged and service-oriented bartenders who want to be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests – in the heart of Södermalm.
About the Position
As a bartender with us, you'll be an important part of a lively, social, and welcoming environment. There's always something happening here – we host popular karaoke nights, quizzes, and show football matches.
In this role, you're responsible for mixing and serving drinks and providing excellent service, both at the bar and at tables. You'll work in both our lower and upper bar, where we offer both table service and bar service. When needed, you may also work at our event floor.
As a bartender, you're an important part of the guest's overall experience. You bring energy, service mindset, and professional demeanor, ensuring our guests feel welcome and well taken care of. An important part of the role is always working responsibly with alcohol service and following applicable rules and guidelines. You should be able to make safe and professional assessments before serving.
The work involves day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts. On weekends, typically two people work in the bars, meaning you work together to maintain good pace and high service standards.
There are also good opportunities for extra hours, as we often have match days on Sundays.
Responsibilities
Serve beer, mix cocktails, and other beverages
Serve food and drinks at tables
Provide guests with professional and friendly service
Take responsibility for your bar station and keep service surfaces and the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
Handle the cash system and process payments correctly
We're Looking for You
Have bartending experience
Have completed STAD training in responsible alcohol service
Have a genuine interest in service, food, and beverages
Are social, stress-resilient, and have good teamwork skills
Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends
Speak Swedish fluently
