Full-Time Bartender

Bartenders Wanted – Join Our Team in Södermalm! 🍸 Bartender wanted for Restaurant Den Gröne Jägaren in the heart of Södermalm. We are now looking for dedicated and service-oriented bartenders who want to be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests – in the heart of Södermalm. About the Position As a bartender with us, you'll be an important part of a lively, social, and welcoming environment. There's always something happening with us – we arrange popular karaoke nights, quizzes, and show football matches. In this role, you're responsible for mixing and serving drinks and providing first-class service, both at the bar and at tables. You'll work in both our lower and upper bars, where we offer both table and bar service. When needed, work can also take place on our event floor. As a bartender, you're an important part of the guest's overall experience. You contribute with energy, service mindset, and professional conduct, ensuring our guests feel welcome and well taken care of. An important part of the role is also to always work responsibly with alcohol service and follow applicable rules and guidelines. You must be able to make safe and professional assessments before serving. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. On weekends, you typically work with one other person in the bars, meaning you work together to maintain a good pace and high service level. There are also good opportunities for extra hours, as we often have match days on Sundays. Responsibilities Serve beer, make cocktails, and other beverages Serve food and drinks at tables Give guests professional and friendly service Be responsible for your bar and keep service areas and the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked Operate the cash system and process payments correctly We Are Looking for You If You Have experience as a bartender Have completed STAD training in responsible alcohol service Have a genuine interest in service, food, and beverages Are social, stress-resilient, and have good teamwork abilities Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends Speak Swedish fluently We Offer Fun and varied work in a great team A workplace in one of Stockholm's most vibrant neighborhoods Opportunity to develop within service and bar Application Does this sound like something for you?
