We're looking for someone who works well in a team and is driven by creating a magical evening for both colleagues and guests! As a colleague at Biljardpalatset, you don't have a fixed station—you should have the willingness to work wherever it's needed at any given moment. Having foundational knowledge in both bar and restaurant operations is a requirement—everything else nerdy, we'll teach you as we go. Our coolers are packed with beer, our wine list contains over 200 selections, and our spirits cabinet has unexpected depth! Sure, that's fun, but you also appreciate structure and have a strong drive to move your workplace forward and understand the importance of economics. Biljardpalatset has high standards when it comes to quality and development, and here we want everyone to contribute with what they do best. You have a strong personality that you dare to express while working. We already have great expertise among our bartenders today, and you'll get substantial support in your work from day one. We're looking for someone who can support us on weekends and weekdays, and for the right person, there are even more days available as we're open all days of the week.
