Spritzo Bar in Linköping is now looking for a new team member.
Spritzo is part of the Pepa Deli family and is located on the floor above Pepa Deli. It's a modern and relaxed bar concept focused on great drinks, pleasant atmosphere, and personalized hospitality. Our guests are met with energy, presence, and a service experience where both details and the overall experience matter.
About the Position
As a bartender with us, you are a central part of the guest experience. You work behind the bar, welcome guests, take orders, mix drinks, serve beverages, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the venue.
The role requires you to be confident in meeting people, work efficiently at a fast pace while maintaining quality, organization, and professional conduct.
Your responsibilities include:
welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism
taking orders and processing payments
mixing and serving drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic alternatives
recommending beverages based on guest preferences
keeping the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
preparing the bar before service
actively working on upselling and guest engagement
working closely with service staff, kitchen, and other colleagues
contributing to smooth workflow even during busy periods
following procedures regarding responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and safety
We're Looking for Someone Who:
is social, positive, and confident in guest interactions
has a genuine interest in beverages, service, and hospitality
enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with many guests
is responsible, organized, and solution-oriented
has the ability to stay calm under pressure
is thorough, flexible, and sees what needs to be done
works well with colleagues and communicates effectively
has previous experience in bars, restaurants, or service
Previous bartending experience is a plus, but the right personality, willingness to learn, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction are equally important.
