Zinnia is a small Asian restaurant and cocktail bar located on Götgatsbacken. The kitchen has a Chinese focus with influences from Sichuan – ramen, dumplings, and bowls. In the bar, we work with classic cocktails, signature drinks, and spirits such as baijiu. The space is small, the pace is fast, and guest interaction is intimate. Many customers return, so relationships and atmosphere are a big part of the experience. The Role This is a combined role where you're part of the service in the dining area, with a focus on the bar. In practice, this often means you: Work behind the bar and mix cocktails (classics + signature drinks) Take orders at tables and serve food Keep the bar prep, cleanliness, and flow organized during service Manage product orders from suppliers and receive deliveries You're expected to take responsibility for the whole operation, be proactive in a small team, and ideally contribute ideas for drinks and setups. We're Looking for You If You Have bar experience Know classic cocktails and have solid fundamental technique Are comfortable taking table orders and serving food Are social, attentive, and enjoy building relationships with guests Thrive in a fast pace, take responsibility, and work in a structured way Work well in a small team and help out wherever needed Enjoy experimenting and developing new drinks We hire as soon as we find the right candidate.
