As a babysitter, we're looking for: Experience as a babysitter or nanny and someone who always enjoys being with children. As a person, we need you to be responsible, social, and creative in coming up with new games and activities for the children. It's important that you feel confident as a babysitter, can take significant responsibility, and communicate fluently in Swedish. Since the children are typically ages 0-5 years old, it's important that you have previous experience with these age groups. This job is ideal for you if you: Want to work as a babysitter with a flexible schedule where you can dedicate at least 10 hours per week. It's a big plus if you're available in the afternoon/evening. We see that ideally you have another job or studies as well. If you're also interested in working as a substitute at preschools, that's an option.
