JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Storliens Preschool is one of the municipality's smallest preschools. We can offer you varied work together with children and colleagues. We listen to what the children express and build together with the children meaningful content based on the curriculum's values and mission as well as goals and guidelines. We want the preschool to be a place that both children and adults long to go to. You will be part of a small setting, which is why qualities such as independence, flexibility and taking personal responsibility are essential prerequisites. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible for the quality of the pedagogical work. You will meet additional colleagues from the area's preschools in various collegial forums. Your position also includes kitchen duties and cleaning. Your tasks consist of both work with children and work for children. Working with children includes working in the child group with teaching and care. Working for children includes systematic quality work with documentation and reflection, individually and together with colleagues, as well as communication with guardians. You will be part of a work team together with a preschool teacher and additional childcare workers/childcare assistants. The preschool teacher is responsible for ensuring quality in the preschool's education and teaching that you carry out together in the work team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare worker or has other education or experience that is useful in a preschool. You have knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to business development together with colleagues in collegial learning. Since we use pedagogical documentation as a tool, we view applicants with experience in this positively. You have a positive attitude where enthusiasm and curiosity for learning are a given. As a person, you should be easy to cooperate with and contribute to a positive work climate and an efficient work group. You have the ability to build good relationships with children, guardians and colleagues. We would like for you to be resident in or near Storlien. Form of employment: Permanent employment.
