We are seeking new employees for our preschools in Undersåker, Fjällbackens Preschool, and Taffelbäckens Preschool. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a childcare provider, you work together with your team to create a safe, developmental, and inspiring environment for the children. You participate in pedagogical activities, plan and conduct activities, and support children in play, learning, and daily routines. The work also includes collaboration with colleagues and guardians and contributing to the preschool's values and development. The role includes, among other things: • Being a safe and present adult who creates good relationships with the children. • Actively participating in pedagogical activities and planning, implementing, and following up activities together with your team. • Stimulating children's development, learning, play, and social interaction. • Participating in both indoor and outdoor activities and creating a varied and inspiring learning environment. • Supporting children in their daily activities, such as during meals, dressing and undressing, rest, hygiene, and other routine situations. • Having good and professional dialogue with guardians about children's daily activities at the preschool. • Contributing to good cooperation and a positive work environment within your team. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare provider or has other education or experience that is useful in preschool. • You have knowledge of the curriculum content and feel you can contribute to operational development together with colleagues in collaborative learning. Since we use pedagogical documentation as a tool, we view applicants with experience in this positively. • You have a positive attitude where enthusiasm and curiosity about learning are self-evident. As a person, you should be easy to work with and contribute to a positive work climate and an effective work group. You have the ability to create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. • Actively take initiative in social situations, step forward, and have an easy time creating new relationships. • Adapt and find win-win solutions through a humble focus on the common goal. • Handle stress constructively, maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks. • Quickly find solutions to problems that arise.
