JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you our next childcare worker colleague? Are you passionate about creating a safe, fun, and developmental everyday for children? We are now seeking four (4) dedicated childcare workers for temporary positions at our preschools in Örsundsbro, Salnecke, and Grillby. With us you have the opportunity to make a real difference in children's daily lives. Together with competent and committed colleagues, you contribute to creating a preschool environment where children feel safe, curious, and inspired to explore the world around them. When you apply for the position, you apply for one of our four temporary positions. Placement will be made at the preschool where your experience, competencies, and strengths are best utilized. The length of the temporary position varies according to the preschools' needs, but all positions extend through the fall semester of 2026. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with children, is attentive to their needs, and sees the value in creating meaningful learning situations in everyday activities. You are a positive and responsible person who contributes to good collaboration with colleagues, children, and guardians. In the role of childcare worker, you are an important part of the work team. Together you plan, implement, and develop pedagogical activities with the children's best interest in focus. You contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where each child has the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions and interests. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare worker and has experience working in preschool. You have strong ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and feel a strong commitment to children's learning, development, and well-being. As a person, you are confident, flexible, and relationship-building. You enjoy collaborating and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment for both children and colleagues.
