About the Workplace
Trullstugu Föräldrakooperativ was established in 1993 and operates a small and homey preschool in Våmhus. Our operations are led by a dedicated board consisting of member families and our headmaster/preschool director. We have a general pedagogical approach where nature plays a central role in the children's daily life. Our proximity to the forest and sports field provides excellent opportunities for outdoor activities, motor development, and play. In the forest, we also have our own cabin where storytelling pedagogy and imagination are given space.
Our staff currently consists of one preschool teacher, 3 childcare providers, and a combined role for accounting assistant and cleaning. We now need a new team member who wants to become an important part of our operations.

Responsibilities
As a childcare provider with us, you will work together with the headmaster and other staff to:
plan, implement, and develop the pedagogical activities,
document and evaluate work according to current guidelines and curriculum,
create a safe, learning, and inspiring environment for the children,
work based on the preschool's values and professional approach,
contribute to good collaboration in a small team,
utilize nature and the outdoor environment as a natural part of daily pedagogy.
This position will be 50% and you will primarily work afternoon shifts.

Meritorious Qualifications
Experience working in a preschool
Knowledge of the preschool curriculum and the preschool's mission
We are looking for someone who is confident in your role, engaged, attentive, and who loves working with children. You enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, and see nature's potential as a strength in pedagogical work.
Great weight is placed on personal qualities.
A criminal background check is required.
