At Treälvens Preschool, approximately 125 children are divided across seven departments in mixed-age groups with children ages 1-6 years. Your New Job As a childcare worker, you work to promote children's development and learning. Together with colleagues in the facility, you help create a safe and pedagogical environment for the children. You will participate in pedagogical planning and development work according to the curriculum. To promote children's development, you will lead and participate in various activities, games, and adventures both indoors and outdoors. Typical Work Tasks Promote children's development and participate in education. Lead and participate in various activities. Responsibility to collaborate and communicate with guardians. Participate in pedagogical development work. Participate in documentation of pedagogical work. Your Qualifications Requirements Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Meritorious You are trained as a childcare worker or have other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in pedagogical work with children. You have good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and can implement them in daily work. You have a strong interest in pedagogical challenges and dare to challenge yourself and your colleagues to think about development. Previous professional experience is meritorious. We Are Looking for You! You are confident and stable in your professional role and have a desire to develop together with others in the work team. You are flexible and can adapt to different situations and needs in the facility. You value collaboration and can build good relationships with colleagues, children, and guardians. At the same time, you are independent and take responsibility for your tasks with a professional approach. You understand that all people have different conditions for learning and that everyone absorbs knowledge in different ways.
