Your Assignment In this role, you will collaborate with other preschool teachers and a preschool educator who leads the pedagogical work. Together, you will design an educational activity that is safe, fun, and educational for each child, where children's participation and influence are essential. You work to provide both safe care and stimulate children's development and learning. Together with your colleagues, you plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate the activities based on the preschool curriculum and set goals. You work project-oriented and document children's learning processes in a shared template for systematic quality work through documentation, reflection, and analysis. You actively participate in pedagogical development work and pedagogical documentation according to the preschool curriculum. Over time, you will work with children of all ages as we rotate between departments based on the facility's needs. You have daily contact with guardians and participate in parent meetings and development discussions. You also participate in opening and closing the preschool. You contribute to creating a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child. Your Experience For this position, you must have: - Secondary or post-secondary education as a preschool teacher - Experience working as a preschool teacher in a preschool setting - Knowledge of the curriculum content and understanding of how it can be applied in practice - Experience with and knowledge of pedagogical documentation - Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you also have: - Good digital competence with experience using digital tools - Experience working with children of all ages - Experience with and knowledge of children with neurodevelopmental diagnoses - Experience working with norm-critical work methods - Knowledge of child development - Experience contributing to the preschool's development and quality improvement work. Your pedagogical insight helps you understand each child's unique needs and adapt activities to support their learning in the best way.
