We would like to see that you have an easy time collaborating with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs. Qualifications: • We would like to see that you have education or ongoing education as a childcare worker • It is highly meriting if you have previous experience working in preschool • It is a requirement to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written • You have good knowledge of the curriculum content and feel that you can contribute to activity development together with colleagues in collegial learning • You have good knowledge of Office365 About the preschool Lilla Rospiggen Norlandia Preschools Lilla Rospiggen is located in central Norrtälje and is a modern preschool with bright, safe facilities and its own outdoor yard. Here we share a property with the elderly care facility Stora Rospiggen, which gives children the opportunity for natural and valuable meetings with the elderly - as part of everyday life. In a pedagogical environment with proximity to both the city and green areas, children get to explore, develop, and feel safe. We combine high pedagogical quality with joy, care, and curiosity - every day. What do we offer you? With us at Norlandia preschools, we offer you skills development each term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You get to take part in our unique concepts, skills development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and through offerings in our digital learning platform. Other Information Employment form: Temporary position Scope: 75-100% Working hours: daytime Start date: by agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
