The preschool has three departments. The building is located standalone with a fantastic setting and outdoor area. Our preschool's profile is to work with exploratory pedagogy inspired by Reggio Emilia, raise awareness about gender issues, and be a learning organization for both adults and children. We are looking for a dedicated childcare provider to join our team. We are a workplace with high ambitions and passion for our profession. Everyone who works at Vi som Växer should be willing to work with all age groups within the preschool, and we apply work rotation as needed. This way we become very well-knit as we work together in different configurations over different years and gain an understanding of everyone's work situation.
