Your Responsibilities This position is a temporary role as a childcare worker. You will work as student support in the classroom during the morning and in one of the school's afterschool programs in the afternoon. You will actively help create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful day for all our students. We are looking for someone who has the willingness and ability to collaborate with other educators in the work team and who has a professional approach when working with students and colleagues. You also need to be able to handle various situations that may arise during the school day in a safe and responsible manner. Qualifications It is desirable if you have previous experience working in elementary school, with a particular focus on afterschool program activities. You have clear leadership skills and a strong ability to build trusting and positive relationships with students, while also being able to lead and structure the group in a clear manner. You communicate well both verbally and in writing and have professional and clear dialogue with guardians. We work from a student perspective where all students do their best, and where it is our responsibility to create conditions for this by adapting our approach and instruction based on each student's needs. You take responsibility in your work and show good judgment in everyday situations. You are a clear authority figure and have the ability to create a warm and safe climate together with students. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and communicate well with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have good IT skills and are familiar with the school's governing documents. For you, it is self-evident to always keep the student's best interests in focus. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. We use continuous selection and interviews.
