JOB DUTIES As a childcare worker, you will be part of a team that works according to current governing documents and guidelines for afterschool programs. Together in the team, you will work for students' development and learning. Start date by agreement; trial employment may be applied. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with childcare worker training. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented with an approach that is situation-appropriate. A positive attitude is essential. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. You have professional conduct with children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily establish good relationships. We place great importance on all educators contributing to children's language development, so strong knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
