About the Job Working as a substitute means you replace regular educators during shorter or longer periods. Together with regular staff, you contribute to creating a safe, developing, and stimulating environment for children and students. You participate in play and learning activities or support students in the classroom and during breaks. About You We are looking for you who want to contribute to children's and young people's development, learning, and sense of security. You are good at creating safety and building positive relationships with children and students. You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working in a varied work environment where no two days are the same.
