Lerum is truly a Super Municipality! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a childcare provider for our unit who is willing to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. It is important to emphasize that work cannot be limited solely to nights or weekends. Time not assigned to evenings/nights/weekends will be used to cover short-term absences at Åkerslätts preschool. Pedagogical care is offered for children ages 1-13 in Lerum Municipality whose guardians work irregular hours. We are looking for someone who is drawn to new working methods and challenges and is curious about working with pedagogical care during irregular hours. It is of utmost importance that you have good collaboration skills and high flexibility. Since you will work independently, it is crucial that you are communicative and solutions-focused. To be considered for this position, we require that you have childcare provider training. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. It is meritorious if you have experience working with pedagogical care during irregular hours. Pursuant to the Swedish Act SFS 2000:873, anyone offered this position must provide an extract from the criminal records register before employment can be established. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-10-19, end date: 2027-07-04. Working hours: Shift work.
