Responsibilities As a childcare teacher at Daggkåpans Preschool, you will work in a department with children aged 1–3 years. You are an important part of the team led by preschool teachers and together you are responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and developmental education based on the preschool curriculum, other governing documents, and the needs and interests of the children. In this role, you actively participate in planning, implementing, documenting, and developing educational activities. You help create learning environments that inspire curiosity, discovery, and a desire to learn. An important part of the task is also to build safe relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, as well as contribute to good teamwork. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their role, is engaged in the organization's development, and sees collaboration and communication as natural parts of daily work. Together, we work to provide every child with the best conditions for development, learning, and well-being. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare teacher through upper secondary or post-secondary education equivalent to at least 1300 points. As a person, we see that you are flexible and adapt easily to different situations and needs in the organization. You are stable and confident in your professional role, which creates trust with both children and colleagues.
