JOB DUTIES As a childcare worker, you will be part of a work team that works together according to current governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together, the team works for children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has childcare worker training. It is advantageous if you have experience working with children and if you share the preschool's orientation. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, resourceful, and goal-oriented with an approach that is situationally appropriate. A positive attitude is essential. You are interested in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You treat children, guardians, and colleagues with professional courtesy and can easily build good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, so strong Swedish language skills—both spoken and written—are required. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
