JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking two employees for a fixed-term position as childcare workers at 50% during the period September 1st - December 31st. As an employee in child care during irregular hours, you play an important role in children's daily lives. You are responsible for creating a safe, meaningful, and developmental leisure time through play, rest, and creative activities. The work is based on each child's age, needs, and individual daily routine. The duties include providing care and support to children ages 1-13 years and contributing to a calm and safe environment during times when guardians are working. The operation is conducted mainly during evenings, nights, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience working with children of various ages and education focused on child development and learning. It is a merit if you have experience with, or training in, working with children with NPF diagnoses. Training in CPR is also seen as an advantage. As a person, you are confident, attentive, and responsible with a good ability to build trusting relationships. You are independent in your work, have good initiative, and strong self-leadership. Furthermore, you have a genuine interest in working with children and good communication skills. The position also requires that you are stress-resilient and feel comfortable working alone for periods. When you work with us in child care during irregular hours, you have the opportunity to shape a meaningful leisure time for the children in our care with great freedom, in dialogue with their needs and wishes. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: Start date by agreement.
