Welcome to Us We are now seeking several engaged and positive substitute hourly workers for preschool area 1. The area consists of 11 preschools in Traneberg, Ulvsunda, Johannesfred, Minneberg, Mariehäll, and Bällsta. Based on the preschools' needs, you may have the opportunity to work at several different preschools with children of all ages. This can range from individual days to longer periods. We Offer Pedagogical meals. Your Role As a substitute hourly worker, you contribute to making daily life at the preschool function well and ensure that care and daily educational work are based on children's participation and influence. Together with colleagues at the preschool, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for the children. Every Friday you have the opportunity to report via SMS to the substitute coordinator about your availability for the following week and will then be scheduled based on the operation's needs. We are also seeking people who would consider working in the kitchen. Please indicate this in your application. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education. It is advantageous if you have upper secondary education within a care program, children and youth, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer and/or experience working with children. As a person, you are engaged, flexible, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and you value open dialogue between children, colleagues, and guardians. You have a positive attitude and easily adapt to changed circumstances, seeing opportunities instead of obstacles. For any potential interview, bring a Swedish/EU EES ID document or passport as well as relevant original documents for the position, educational certificates/degree certificates, any issued professional license, certificates, or work permits. To work in our preschools, you must provide an extract from the Police Register of Convictions and Suspicions. You order the extract yourself and it must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue.
