We are now seeking childcare providers for Härryda municipality, and this is a combined announcement for all our preschools in the municipality. In Härryda municipality, we have 27 municipal preschools, many with proximity to nature and forest, and outdoor areas adapted for creativity, learning, and play. The preschools vary in size and number of departments and age groups. 2 position(s). Your Assignment As a childcare provider in Härryda municipality, you contribute to a safe, equitable, and developmental preschool. Together with preschool teachers and colleagues, you create good relationships and a stimulating learning environment based on the preschool's curriculum and values. Your duties include: meet each child based on their needs and interests contribute to safety, structure, and job satisfaction participate in planning, implementation, and follow-up of activities work with pedagogical documentation and reflection Qualifications Requirements Completed childcare provider education or other education that the employer deems equivalent Good knowledge of Swedish language, both verbal and written Basic digital competence Good knowledge of the preschool's mission and curriculum Meritorious Completed upper secondary education from the Child and Recreation Program with at least 2250 credits with a focus on work in preschool/school Experience working in a preschool Experience with systematic quality work Experience working with children in need of special support Experience with language-developing work methods Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
