About the Job About the Job We are a preschool consisting of 5 departments located in Kista. Two departments for younger children, two departments with mixed age groups, and one department for children aged 5 years. We profile ourselves with language and speak both Swedish and English, and support children in their home language. We work with inspiration from the Reggio Emilia philosophy where children's choices and thoughts are in focus. We have good staff ratios and are aware that education and care go hand in hand. In addition, we are a multicultural preschool and are looking for you who approach the competent child. We are looking for you to have the responsibility of supporting and developing children's Swedish language skills. We are looking for you who are proud of your work and who believe in collegial development. To implement this work, the educator receives one child-free hour/week – and when possible, for planning and reflection.
