Your New Job As a childcare worker, you have a responsibility to, together with teachers and other colleagues, systematically and continuously document, follow up, evaluate, and analyze results in education. Your work aims to develop the school's quality and thereby children's opportunities for care and conditions for development and learning. School and after-school care work to ensure that all students are everyone's students. Rydbo School and after-school program create conditions for lifelong learning, where students have the opportunity to develop into secure, independent, and critically thinking individuals. The operations are characterized by creativity, movement, play, sports, and health. After-school care has planned break activities and works to develop breaks based on students' interests. Proximity to sports facilities and beautiful natural areas are used for nature and environmental studies. We work in the Unikum system and have shared support materials in our pedagogical work at the school. We are a PAX school. For you, student participation and influence form the foundation of pedagogical planning. You enjoy collaborating, taking your own initiatives, and motivating others. You like to share your experiences and knowledge. In your role, you are engaged, professional, and initiative-taking, with a good ability to plan and prioritize in your assignment. Your collaborative skills are good and you are accommodating in your approach to students, guardians, and colleagues. You handle any conflicts in a thoughtful and constructive manner. Furthermore, you have good ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Scope of Employment 100% and 50% (afternoons) Terms of Employment For this role, the starting salary is normally between 23,700-31,000 kr depending on experience and qualifications.
