The Children's and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Board and Primary Education Board. Description of Work Tasks This position is not for someone seeking an easy assignment. We are looking for a childcare worker who is ready to take on one of the school's most important tasks – to plan and conduct instruction together with the work team, both during school hours and during leisure time, for students in a special instruction group. To be selected to work with us, you must be flexible, curious, attentive, welcoming, and open to continuous development. You need to have prior knowledge of our student group and understand what demands are placed on you as someone working with us. We have close collaboration with AGR, with whom we share premises, which means you may need to work in both operations. You are expected to perform all parts of the pedagogical task during both school time and leisure time and take responsibility for contributing to the clarity and care required to build a safe climate in which our students can thrive. About You We are looking for someone who: Has knowledge of the leisure center curriculum and its practical application. Has experience with students with NPF diagnoses. Has knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal approaches. Is a childcare worker or has equivalent training. We consider it a merit if you have experience working in a special instruction group. As a Person: You are secure, structured, and clear. You are attentive, anticipate needs, and have the ability to see what needs to be adjusted – both in the moment and over time. You work systematically, follow up, and ensure that decisions and work methods are implemented in practice.
