Childcare Worker at Preschool on Kungsholmen (Temporary Position)

The unit consists of 5 preschools located in Hornsberg and its immediate surroundings, as well as 3 preschools around City Hall. Your work will involve: Actively participating in the children's daily activities and contributing to ensuring that daily work with pedagogical activities and routines runs smoothly. Having a genuine interest in working with children. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you will help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and for the entire group of children. Through a caring approach, you will build relationships with the children. This is a temporary position. Your competence and experience You who apply should have: Previous experience working in preschool or similar experiences that the employer deems relevant for the assignment. Childcare worker training is a merit but not a requirement. Good knowledge of Swedish to be able to support children's language development through, for example, reading aloud and book discussions. It is an advantage if you have: Knowledge of TAKK or Swedish Sign Language. We will place particular emphasis on the following abilities and skills: As a person, you are flexible, receptive, and able to understand and adapt to new situations. You are proactive and see what needs to be done and take your own initiative based on this. You have a clear focus on children in everything you do and a genuine interest in the assignment.
