Childcare Teacher for Preschool We are now looking for an engaged and driven childcare teacher who wants to become part of our team. With us, you will find a preschool where we recognize the competent child and are co-researchers in children's learning. Qualifications You are a trained childcare teacher with pedagogical insight and a great interest in children's development and learning. You have a professional approach and the ability to create good relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians. You are organized, self-directed, and have good organizational skills. You spread joy at work and contribute to a positive and developing work environment. You have good teamwork skills and see the value of working together as a team. If you have experience or knowledge of Reggio Emilia's pedagogical philosophy, that is a merit. Responsibilities At the preschool, we work during the day with children in smaller groups to maintain the intimate setting. This means you need to feel comfortable independently leading educational activities for a small group of children. The work includes planning together with preschool teachers, independent responsibility for implementation and documentation. Independent responsibility for writing blog posts related to your teaching group, follow-up and evaluation of the teaching in our activity together with your colleagues and principal. You will work in close collaboration with preschool teachers, childcare teachers, and principal toward the goals in the curriculum, the preschool's overall idea, our vision, and municipal guidelines. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you contribute to a positive, meaningful, and developing environment for each child and for the whole group. You are active in your relationship with the children and in their play. We work both outdoors and indoors daily throughout all seasons. In daily contact with guardians, you are engaged with a clear focus on the child.
