Your Role As a preschool teaching assistant, you are a genuine team player with a focus on the mission and with great commitment and drive. In our pedagogical work, we follow a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, where children's curiosity, participation, and exploration are at the center. You help create learning environments that stimulate children's creativity and desire to learn, and you see the value in following and challenging each child's own ideas and processes. You work as part of a team in both classrooms and home groups with a close and trusting collaboration. The preschool's location offers excellent opportunities to use the surrounding environment as a natural part of our activities, with access to nature, cultural centers, and recreational facilities. Your Profile We are looking for you with preschool teaching assistant training. If you have experience with or interest in a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, we consider this an asset. You have a genuine commitment to children's development and learning, and contribute with a positive and professional approach in interactions with both children, guardians, and colleagues. We value that you are flexible, collaboration-oriented, and take responsibility for your assignment. This is a temporary position for the fall term starting 260928 or by agreement until 270131 with possibility of extension. Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Upon employment working with children, an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register according to applicable legislation is mandatory.
