Job Duties As a child care provider, you are an important part of our educational work. You work closely with colleagues and contribute to creating a program where children are at the center. You will: Participate in planning, implementing, and following up on educational work according to the curriculum Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children Work actively with children's learning, development, and social interaction Contribute to educational documentation and systematic quality work Collaborate with colleagues and guardians in a professional and solution-focused manner Work from a relational and respectful perspective About the Program Nykvarns Municipality operates seven municipal preschools with a program in constant development. With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role alongside competent colleagues and help develop the program. We offer, among other things: Collegial forums and reflection time Opportunity for individual planning time 4 Planning days per school year Wellness allowance Free educational lunch Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has accredited child care provider training Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Has experience in educational work and understanding of the curriculum's mission Is organized and experienced with educational documentation Has good collaboration skills and builds positive relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians Is responsible, flexible, and engaged in your work Additional Information We require that you provide an excerpt from the police and suspicion register before employment.
