Job Description We at the Parent Cooperative Lövet in Annelöv are looking for someone who wants to work in a small, dedicated, and ambitious operation in a wonderful environment. A large part of our activities take place outdoors and in the nearby forest and nature. We have our own kitchen at the preschool, which is a natural part of our daily routine and appreciated by both children and staff. The preschool is only a 10-minute walk from Dösjebro train station, which means we are close to activities in central areas with the help of public transportation. With us, nine staff members work together on activities and planning. We have 37 children for the fall, divided into four age-homogeneous groups. As a childcare worker, you share responsibility for the pedagogical work and ensuring that the operation is safe, secure, and challenging for children's development and learning. You collaborate with preschool teachers and support the work of selecting methods, content, and approach based on the curriculum as a foundation, taking into account each child's knowledge, experience, and specific circumstances. You are positive, flexible, and resourceful. You dare to think in new ways and have a genuine commitment to children and nature, and you enjoy being outdoors in most weather conditions. You are a trained childcare worker. It is an asset if you have previously worked in preschool.
