About Knodd Knodd was started to guide, provide security for, and strengthen parents. We are a healthcare provider focused entirely on pediatric care. Parents can now receive support and pediatric care from experienced specialist nurses and pediatricians through video consultations, participate in digital parenting courses, and monitor and understand their children's health and development—all through the Knodd app. Today, the organization consists of approximately 100 specialist nurses and about twenty pediatricians with extensive experience in pediatric care and child health services. The majority of Knodd's healthcare staff work part-time from home remotely, and many also work in other physical care settings. We continuously work to create safer and more personalized care in ways that prioritize children's and parents' needs. In this way, we also want to reduce unnecessary visits to emergency care and provide the right care at the right level. How It Works As a pediatric nurse at Knodd, you can work remotely part-time from home or anywhere in Sweden. We offer a flexible work arrangement where you help parents and children seeking care through video consultations on Knodd's platform. Before each consultation, the parent has submitted a digital medical history, and the consultation is documented in an external medical records system. Your Profile To work with us, you need to: • Be a specialist-trained pediatric nurse • Have at least 5 years of experience in pediatric care, such as pediatric emergency care, pediatric clinic, medical ward, or other activities we consider equivalent • Be confident in telephone consultations and in making diagnoses for children ages 0-6 • Have language proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Practical requirements to be able to work are that you have: • Good internet connection for digital consultations • Basic computer skills and your own computer to work from • Ability to work at least one 4-hour shift per week, or alternatively 16 hours per month • Access to a room where you can close the door and have a neutral background Work Hours: There is a wide variety of shifts and flexibility in choosing times based on operational needs and your own preferences. Currently, the greatest need is on weekday evenings (from 4 p.m.) and on weekends. Our hours are 7 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekdays, 7 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekends. Orientation After employment, each team member undergoes an orientation where they are introduced to Knodd's technical systems, procedures, and medical guidelines.
