We are a stable work team with long and solid experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Being a child welfare secretary involves government authority according to both SoL and LVU. We work in close cooperation with the child/young person, guardians, the foster family, school, and other authorities. You will be offered close leadership, a well-thought-out introduction to the work, intensive methodological supervision, training/further education, and participate in a supervision group together with other social secretaries. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker or social pedagogue with authorization to work with children and young people. It is meritorious if you have experience in social work with children and young people as well as government authority. If you have experience in foster care and are well versed in working with placed children and young people, that is especially meritorious. We want you to be a positive person who enjoys collaboration and cooperation. You are confident and stable and contribute to a generous and good climate in the work team. You are also quality-conscious and can express yourself well in speech and writing. Ability to handle matters with legal certainty and maintain structure is important, as well as the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with the children/young people, their parents, and their foster parents.
