Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care together with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Youth Psychiatry. Primary care is organized in 4 close care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under close and accessible care. Each close care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care also is responsible for the region's healthcare advice service, youth health center, and the close care unit Näva, which are all grant-financed. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES The position is 50% full-time, but we are open to discussion if you are interested in a higher percentage. You will be part of a happy and competent team and work with typical midwifery tasks in primary care. You work independently with reproductive and sexual health, pregnancy monitoring, parental support groups, contraceptive counseling, STI prevention work, and gynecological screening tests. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed midwife. Experience from similar tasks and work in primary care is meriting. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to an accessible and high-quality primary care with the patient and family in focus. You are engaged, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. With a sense of responsibility and initiative, you help create a good work climate and contribute to developing the services and providing the best possible person-centered care. Since your work will be distributed across two health centers, flexibility is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and good collaboration skills.
