Midwife Clinics Northwest operates in Landskrona, Helsingborg, and the Ängelholm area. The Midwife Clinic in Landskrona is one of our larger clinics. Here, midwives, assistant nurses, and physicians with additional assignments in gynecology work together. The clinic is unique as the only public midwife clinic in Skåne with its own ultrasound service. Operations in Landskrona also include two branch offices and family centers where we collaborate with child health services, open preschools, and social counseling to create a secure environment for families. In Helsingborg, there are four midwife clinics, two of which are co-located with family centers. We work closely together within Midwife Clinics Northwest to offer equitable and high-quality care. Collaboration between the clinics is an important part of our operations and provides opportunities for experience sharing, collegial support, and joint development. 1 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a midwife, you work independently with pregnancy monitoring and counseling, both through in-person visits and digitally. You meet patients throughout their pregnancy and provide support regarding lifestyle habits, breastfeeding, and parenthood. The work also includes contraceptive counseling, STI testing, cervical cytology, and other clinic work. You also work with minor gynecology and HPV vaccination. You have close collaboration with colleagues at the clinic, our family centers, and other midwife clinics in the area. The position involves work in both Landskrona and Helsingborg, where you and your colleagues contribute to cohesive and equitable care for patients throughout northwestern Skåne. We offer a modern work environment where digital methods are a natural part of daily work. In addition to in-person patient meetings, we also work with chat and digital visits. We work weekdays during daytime hours and offer an introduction adapted to your previous experience. The position is based in Landskrona with work assignments also in Helsingborg. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed midwife with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. You have Swedish language skills at a minimum of level C1 and good computer skills. Experience working at a midwife clinic or in women's health is a merit. It is an advantage if you have experience working in various digital systems. As a person, you are confident in your professional role, have good interpersonal skills, and enjoy working independently. You contribute to a good work environment by sharing your expertise and being part of the team's collective work.
