The role of midwife

We are looking for you, a midwife who wants varied work in an operation where collaboration, development and job satisfaction are in focus. With us you get the opportunity to grow in your profession while becoming part of a workplace with strong community and great commitment to our patients.
We offer you a permanent position with rotation between two of our operations. You get varied work where one of the rotations should be towards delivery. The position is permanent full-time with entry by agreement. Inconvenient working hours and weekend service, 1 in 5 weekends, are included. There is also the possibility to work only weekend service, where full-time corresponds to 28 hours per week.
With us you get to work at a medium-sized clinic with good medical results where community is of great importance. Here it is easy to get to know each other which creates safety in your work. We are a good group of colleagues who enjoy working together and look forward to welcoming a new colleague.

Your future workplace
The Women's Clinic provides women's health care, youth clinics, specialist antenatal care, fetal medicine clinic, gynecological care unit and clinic as well as delivery and postpartum care. A large part of our activities is conducted at Highland Hospital in Eksjö but the Women's Health Care clinics/youth clinics are located at six family centers in the Highlands.
Based on the operation's needs and your experience and wishes, there are opportunities to tailor a position that suits both you and the operation.
In daily work, you handle both planned and acute care. You create good relationships with patients and their loved ones and cooperate with other care providers and authorities.
