Childcare Assistant Outside Värnamo - Hourly Position (Driver's License and Vehicle Required)

We're looking for someone who wants to make a difference. This position is a personal care assistant role for a 6-year-old boy living with his family outside Värnamo. The boy has significant care needs and requires assistance with daily activities. Experience with healthcare services is required, as his support needs are substantial. What matters most is that you are calm, attentive, and have strong empathetic abilities. Part of the day involves double staffing, meaning two assistants work together. Work Hours: Monday-Sunday (times may vary and change) with some double-staffing shifts. 07:00-17:00 07:30-15:30 17:00-21:30 21:00-21:30 We're looking for someone who is: * Female * Confident * Calm * Experienced in healthcare * Non-smoker * Mature * Responsible * Attentive * Experienced with children Requirement: Driver's license and vehicle to commute to work. Experience in preschool or as a teaching assistant is a plus. Experience with children, epilepsy care, and healthcare is advantageous.
