WORK TASKS
As a social worker with us, you have an important assignment for children in foster care: to follow up on the child's care and safety and to cooperate with the child's parents, network, and other networks, the foster home, school, health and medical care. Since we work in a politically governed organization, it is important that you understand what this means and how it affects your daily work. As a person, you are responsive, have an ease in understanding others' perspectives, and show an engagement that is evident in your work and that also inspires others.
We place great emphasis on the above-mentioned personal competencies and experiences.
