Are you a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry looking for a workplace with close collaboration, good structure, and committed colleagues? Here is an opportunity to work at a well-organized BUP clinic in central Sweden, in a safe and nature-rich urban environment with proximity to both lakes, forests, and larger cities. About the Operation The clinic is part of the county's child and adolescent psychiatric services and treats patients ages 6-18. You will encounter children and adolescents with conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, and other comorbidities. The work consists of assessments, investigations, treatments, and acute interventions during daytime hours. The team is multidisciplinary and includes psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and other professions. The operation has well-functioning routines and close collaboration with other clinics in the county, including within 24-hour care and eating disorder services. Your Role As a specialist, you work with both scheduled and acute patient matters. You typically have 4-5 patient visits per day, often together with other professionals. After orientation, on-call duties on weekends (approximately every 8th weekend) may be included. No night work. Opportunity to participate in collegial meetings, supervision, and development work within the operation. We Are Looking for You You hold a specialist certification in child and adolescent psychiatry. You have at least 3 years of experience as a specialist to work independently. You are self-driven, unpretentious, and have an interest in families and children in various psychiatric contexts.
