Work location: Hotel Monty, Příkrá 218, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně. Permanent position. Start date available immediately. Working hours: alternating short and long weeks (10:00-22:00 h). Job responsibilities: provides service to the corresponding standard, adheres to principles of honest sales and consumer protection, presents food and beverage offerings, takes guest orders, settles accounts with guests, knows the technological procedures for preparing dishes and beverages listed on the menu, knows the brands and types of beverages recommended for certain dishes, clears used tableware and other inventory, collaborates in inventory counts conducted at the establishment. Requirements: secondary vocational education, interest in restaurant work (bartender position in the Lobby bar), pleasant demeanor, reliability, flexibility, responsibility, loyalty, knowledge of foreign languages (English, German), experience in a similar position is an advantage.
