Do you want to take the next step in facilities management and develop in a supervisory role? Bärkehus seeks an engaged and organized group leader for facilities management. We are looking for someone with experience in facilities management and supervision who wants to be part of developing the operation and a team of approximately 20-25 employees. As a group leader, you will have an important role in facilities management and combine practical facilities work with planning, coordination, and supervision. The role involves no formal personnel responsibility. Instead, you lead by being present, clear, and supportive in daily work. About the role As a group leader, you plan and coordinate the daily work together with the facilities staff. You are an important link between the work team and the operations manager and help ensure our resources are used efficiently. You will work with, among other things: planning, coordinating, and distributing daily work managing short-term staffing in cases of, for example, absence or changed assignments planning and prioritizing work efforts based on operational needs following up that work is performed according to quality standards, procedures, and schedules introducing, guiding, and supporting employees in daily work being the point of contact between the work team and the immediate supervisor on operational matters contributing information and perspectives to operational planning and development work contributing to a good work environment, collaboration, and information sharing identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the development of work methods performing facilities management work yourself as part of the role. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is confident in the facilities management profession and who has a natural interest in coordinating and leading others. You need to be able to switch between performing facilities work yourself and taking a holistic perspective on the work team's daily operations. We are looking for someone with: experience in supervision, coordination, or scheduling, or equivalent as deemed appropriate by the employer experience in facilities management and understanding of the profession's practical conditions experience working with cleaning programs and/or operational systems good administrative skills and experience using digital work tools ability to plan, prioritize, and distribute work based on operational needs ability to lead, guide, and motivate colleagues without formal personnel responsibility good Swedish in speaking and writing B-class driver's license for manual transmission. It is a merit if you have SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training in facilities management, several years of experience in the profession, as well as experience with quality follow-up, staffing planning, or introducing new employees.
