The Kinský family has long supported cultural and artistic development in the Vysočina region. As part of this initiative, we operate ZÁMEK ŽĎÁR z.s., a non-profit organization that manages the Museum of New Generation and organizes cultural events. Within the castle grounds, we also offer accommodation and operate a café. We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of: BARISTA/CAFÉ STAFF What awaits you? • Café operations. • Coffee preparation, beverages, and refreshments. • Light cleaning and workplace preparation, including café garden setup. • Cash register operation (cash, card terminals). What do we require? • Independence, attention to detail, and reliability. • Pleasant demeanor and willingness to work with guests. • Flexibility (weekend work as agreed). • Barista certification, education, or experience in the field is a plus.
