As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you perform all the tasks a Barista does, but the role also includes responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager. Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. That's why it's a plus if you've worked in a café/restaurant or have equivalent experience and have good knowledge of the industry and are used to working irregular hours. What do we offer you?
