A destination bar you don't want to leave, where the evening starts with a drink and ends with the whole room singing. And when the clock strikes midnight, this is where the energy transforms into a club, with lights, sound, and a bar in full motion. You build that bar, lead it, and get an owner's share in it. The direction is the Mediterranean and Spain. Craft cocktails with craftsmanship at the core — but also drinks built for flow, for a packed house that wants their round now. Sangria on pitchers, sparkling cava, gin tonics with character, vermouth and Spanish wines. Drinks that work for a table where people play, laugh, and stay — beautiful enough to photograph, fast enough to keep the pace. We don't stop at Spain either — we like to borrow, experiment, and we're looking for you who wants to drive that development. This is a building role and a leadership role — not a management role. You set the drink list, choose and negotiate with suppliers, shape the bar and routines, recruit and lead your team, and own the bar's finances from the first test drink to full operation — including how the bar transitions from early evening to club mode after midnight. What the Role Involves Build the bar from scratch: drink list, selection, purchasing, supplier negotiations, equipment, and routines Set and own the beverage experience — Spanish core, open to other influences and your own experiments Full personnel responsibility: recruit, schedule, lead, and develop the bar team Own the bar's finances: drink costs, waste, purchasing, labor costs, and margin Read and understand the numbers — and drive the bar toward profitability Responsibility for inventory, orders, and proper handling of beverages and licenses Run the bar through the entire evening — from the first drink to club mode late at night Who You Are Experienced bar chef, or a bartender ready to take the next step Strong on craft cocktails and high volume in the same breath — Spanish and Mediterranean feel a plus, curious about experimenting Business-minded for real: master waste, purchasing, labor costs, and can analyze numbers so the bar operates at a profit A leader with personnel experience — builds teams, not just mixes drinks Locally rooted in Gävle is a plus — if you already know people and staff in town, that's a merit Wants to build and own something of your own, not inherit someone else's We Offer Opportunity for co-ownership for the right person Profit sharing on top of salary — you earn when the bar performs Your own mandate to shape the bar and drink list from the start A key role from day one at Gävle's most exciting new place Competitive base salary based on experienceYour Bar.
