Palladium in Malmö is seeking an engaged and service-oriented Bar & Bistro Manager who wants to be part of developing our bar, bistro, and outdoor dining operations at one of Malmö's most unique cultural venues. Palladium is an iconic cultural and concert house where we arrange concerts, stand-up comedy, dance performances, corporate events, clubs, and other public events throughout the year. With our new outdoor dining area, we create a vibrant meeting place where culture, food, and beverages come together. Now we're looking for you to take responsibility for our dining operations and together with our team create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the bar, bistro, and outdoor dining area Lead and coordinate the work of bar and service staff Ensure high service standards and warm hospitality Prepare and serve food and beverages Cocktail preparation and cash handling Responsible for orders, inventory management, stock counts, and restocking Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with applicable laws and guidelines Participate in developing menus, beverage selections, and guest experiences Plan and manage service during concerts, events, and outdoor dining operations As part of our team, you'll also contribute to other aspects of our operations. The role is varied and includes tasks that naturally occur in a thriving cultural and concert house, where together we create a first-class experience for our visitors.
