Baker/Pastry Chef

Baker/Pastry Chef at newly opened production bakery Mya's Bakery is a newly opened production bakery in Pershagen, Södertälje. We are now looking for a dedicated baker/pastry chef who wants to be part of building our production from the ground up. Currently, we focus on producing bread, sourdough bread, cream buns, baguettes, rolls, and pastry products for our customers and business partners. This is an opportunity for you who want to be involved early in a growing business and get the chance to influence both our production and our future product range. Responsibilities Bake sourdough bread, cream buns, and baguettes Produce cinnamon rolls, cardamom buns, and other sweet breads Produce pastry products and small cakes Work with dough preparation, fermentation, and baking Plan and prepare daily production Ensure consistent quality of our products Work according to hygiene and food safety procedures Help develop new products and recipes We are looking for you who Have experience as a baker and/or pastry chef Are thorough, responsible, and self-driven Have a strong interest in artisanal baking Have sourdough baking experience (a plus) Enjoy production work and a fast-paced environment Can work both independently and with others Have a good understanding of food hygiene About the position Workplace: Pershagen, Södertälje Operation: Production bakery
