About the Position Älvsjö Konditori & Bageri AB is seeking an experienced and dedicated baker for our bakery in Älvsjö. We would appreciate it if you also have experience with pastry work and can support production as needed, for example with the preparation of cakes, mousse cakes, pastries, and other confectionery products. Job Responsibilities Production of bread, rolls, and other baked goods. Dough preparation, baking, and removal from ovens. Planning and preparation of daily production. Ensuring high quality in all products. Assisting with the preparation of cakes, mousse cakes, pastries, and other confectionery products as needed. Maintaining order, hygiene, and food safety in the bakery. Collaborating with other team members for efficient production. Experience with Arabic baked goods and desserts is advantageous and considered a great asset. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has documented experience as a baker. Has strong knowledge of traditional baking craftsmanship. Has experience with pastry work and can support the operation as needed. Is quality-conscious and has an eye for detail. Is responsible, positive, and service-oriented. Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working as part of a team. Can work independently and take own initiative. Can handle a fast pace without compromising on quality. Working Hours Work is primarily scheduled for early mornings. Work on weekends and public holidays is included as needed by the business.
