Welcome to Dalasmaker AB. Would you like to work with us and become part of our great team at our restaurants up on Grönklitt and in Fryksås? We are now seeking a baker/pastry chef for our bakery in Grönklitt. We hope you are passionate about the craft and have experience or training. You are of course a team player with a natural focus on guests, service mindset, and enjoy collaborating. You are naturally cheerful and see opportunities while approaching tasks with a smile on your face. You are organized and teamwork is your sport. You will be employed as a salaried employee with an annual working hours agreement, and we will set your salary individually. Dalasmaker AB operates *Toppstugan, Grönklitt. *Wärdshuset, Grönklitt. *Smidgården, Fryksås. *Baka kaka, Grönklitt. Wärdshuset: Wärdshuset has approximately 180 seats where we serve a lunch buffet with several different dishes during the day. In the afternoons we offer après-ski and in the evenings we serve an à la carte menu and pizza. The premises also include a café with delicious baked goods, sandwiches, etc. Toppstugan: Toppstugan has approximately 160 seats indoors and 150 outdoors where we serve lunch à la carte as well as a bar and fika during the day, and in the evenings we serve an à la carte menu and fondue. Smidgården Smidgården has approximately 70 seats indoors and here we serve lunch à la carte, fika, and waffles. Baka kaka: Baka kaka is our bakery where we have approximately 100 seats and here we serve lunch à la carte as well as sandwiches, fika, bread, and conference services.
