About the Role As a baker in Stockholm, you are responsible for creating bread, buns, and baked goods with craftsmanship and careful attention to taste. You work with dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and decoration at a pace where quality and hygiene always come first. What You Will Do Prepare and process dough according to recipes and production plans Monitor fermentation and baking to ensure consistent quality Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and a sense of taste Follow hygiene and safety procedures and handle food safety Maintain and care for bakery equipment Collaborate with colleagues in production and planning Work early morning shifts and maintain an efficient pace What You Bring Professional training in baking or apprenticeship training, or equivalent experience Experience in the trade and a good sense of flavors and textures Certification in food hygiene/HACCP or similar training according to Swedish requirements You are goal-oriented and take personal responsibility for your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others develop in the workplace Salary and Employment Form Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or on-demand.
